Negative Returns: Refunds are applicable to any account with a netting of -10% Nav, with a minimum of ten (10) trades per month.

Reporting Procedures: The program operates on a month-over-month (MoM) basis with no accumulation reporting.

Account Reporting: Initial account value must be reported, and the PnL of total trades for the month must be furnished for verification. This ensures program integrity. Your reporting remains confidential.

Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days after the prior month's trading closes.

Sizing Guidelines: Daily option swings are permitted, with consistent sizing required throughout the month. For example, if trades are $200 or less, this sizing must be maintained for daily option swings.

Trading Restrictions: No abnormal position sizing and/or inconsistent sizing

Level 1 Swings: These are allowed with sizing not exceeding 15% of NAV.

Day Trades: Option Day Trading plus Equity day trades are allowed. However, sizing must be consistent.

Exclusive Trading: No other trades are permitted from external sources; separate account usage ensures strategy integrity.
